(b) In other words, the bottom of these seed bags is generally formed into a rectangular shape, but the bottom usually has to be formed manually, which makes the work complicated and requires a series of steps. The disadvantage was that it could not be carried out in a vacuum, making it unsuitable for mass production.

To overcome these drawbacks, portable bags made of synthetic resin are also used; however, synthetic resin bags also lack strength near the opening and may deform, and moreover, they generally do not hold tightly against the sealing piece. As a portable bag, it had a fatal flaw in that the sealing function was inferior because there was no seal. Therefore, portable bags made of synthetic resin were not necessarily put into practical use.

DISCLOSURE OF THE INVENTION The present invention was constructed to achieve the above-mentioned object, and its structure is such that each bag is attached to the inner side of the upper edge of both pieces of a thermoplastic synthetic resin bag main body having an opening on the upper surface. A pair of reinforcing pieces thicker than the main body are heat welded facing each other, and one of the reinforcing pieces welded to one piece of the bag main body is extended to the upper part of the opening to form a sealing piece. .

In FIGS. 1 and 2, reference numeral 1 denotes a bag body made of thermoplastic synthetic resin and having a horizontally oblong rectangular shape from the front, with an opening 2 formed on the top surface and a gusset formed on the bottom 3. Reference numerals 4 and 4' denote a pair of reinforcing pieces made of synthetic paper thicker than the bag body 1, which are heat-welded to the inside of the upper edges of both sides a and b of the bag body 1, and are welded to one side a side. One reinforcing piece 4 is extended upward to form a sealing piece 5. 6

When using the portable bag constructed as described above, first store portable items such as documents into the bag body 1 through the opening 2, and then close the opening with the sealing piece 5 as shown in FIG. After sealing the section 2, the bag can be carried by attaching the adhesive tape 6 provided on the sealing piece 5 to the outside of the other piece b of the bag body 1, that is, on the opposite side of the other reinforcing piece 4'. becomes.

In this case, since the reinforcing piece 4 is heat-welded to the inside of the upper edge of the bag body 1, the strength of the upper edge of the bag body 1 is guaranteed, and therefore the opening 2 will never be extremely deformed. As a result, the portable items can be stored in the bag body 1 very easily.

Furthermore, since the sealing piece 5 is constructed by extending one reinforcing piece 4, the sealing piece 5 becomes stiff and has an extremely excellent sealing function. As a result, it may be difficult to put it to practical use. This has resulted in the remarkable effect of further increasing the demand for portable bags made of synthetic resin, particularly for portable bags for documents, books, etc.

Further, in this case, a sealing piece 5 formed by extending one reinforcing piece 4 is pasted with an adhesive tape 6 on the opposite side of the other reinforcing piece 4' welded to the other piece b of the bag body 1. In other words, since the adhesive tape 6 is attached by thick reinforcing pieces 4 and 4' as shown in FIG. 3, the sealed state is very stable. It is.

Furthermore, portable items can be easily taken out by peeling off the sealing piece 5 attached with the adhesive tape 6.

In the above embodiment, the reinforcing piece 4 is made of synthetic paper, but is not limited to this, and may be made of a thermoplastic synthetic resin that is thicker than the bag body 1. In short, it only needs to be made of a member that can be thermally welded to the bag body 1 and is thicker than the bag body 1.

Further, in this embodiment, the sealing piece 5 is sealed by pasting an adhesive tape 6, but the means for sealing the sealing piece 5 is not limited to this, and for example, means for fixing the sealing piece 5 using a chuck, a button, etc. It may be.

Furthermore, when welding the reinforcing piece 4' to the bag body 1, as shown in FIG. There is an advantage that dust can be prevented from entering the gap between the reinforcing piece 4' and the bag body 1, and dust can be prevented from adhering to the upper surface of the reinforcing piece 4'.
