１はＶＶＶＦ装置（インバータ装置）、２ａ，
２ｂ，２ｃはＶＶＶＦ側始動用開閉器（インバー
タ始動用開閉器）、３ａ，３ｂ，３ｃは誘導電動
機（負荷電動機）、４ａ，４ｂ，４ｃは商用電源
側開閉器、６ａ，６ｂ，６ｃにリアクトル（緩衝
手段）、７ａ，７ｂ，７ｃは短絡用開閉器である
。なお、図中、同一符号は同一、又は相当部分を
示す。

バータ始動用開閉器を設けると共に、該インバー
タ始動用開閉器との共通接続点を有する商用電源
側開閉器を上記負荷電動機と商用電源との間に設
け、上記負荷電動機を上記インバータ装置により
始動運転させた後に、上記商用電源による運転に
切換える電動機のインバータ始動装置において、
上記負荷電動機と上記共通接続点との間に、上記
切換え時に生ずる電気的衝撃を緩衝するための緩
衝手段を設け、該緩衝手段を短絡するための短絡
用開閉器を該緩衝手段と並列に接続したことを特
徴とする電動機のインバータ始動装置。 (2) 上記緩衝手段としてリアクトルを用いたこ
とを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記
