な弁孔を先端面に有するとともに該弁孔から後端
まで延びる燃料通路を有する燃料噴射弁の先端部
が、弁孔を吸気通路に臨ませて各取付孔にそれぞ
れ嵌合される多気筒内燃機関の燃料噴射装置にお
いて、各燃料噴射弁の先端部外面と各取付孔内面
との間には、弁孔寄りで燃料通路に連通する環状
の燃料室がそれぞれ形成され、吸気マニホールド
には、各燃料室を燃料供給源に共通に接続する燃
料供給通路が設けられ、各燃料噴射弁の後端で燃
料通路は燃料戻り通路に共通に接続され、燃料戻
り通路には圧力調整装置が接続されることを特徴
