Abstract

PURPOSE:To obviate the generation of wrinkles and slacks by sticking a paper pattern by using an auxiliary plate for supporting the paper pattern in a paper pattern sticking stage. CONSTITUTION:The paper pattern is stuck by using the auxiliary plate 2 for supporting the paper pattern in a stage for sticking the paper pattern 1 at the time of forming an artificial tile pattern on a wall surface, etc., by using a paint. The size (area) of the auxiliary plate 2 is nearly the same as the size of the bottom plate 2a for supporting the plane part of the paper pattern and a pattern-shaped supporting part 2b for supporting the side face part of the paper pattern. The supporting plate 2b is shrinkable by pressure and is formed to nearly the same thickness as the thickness of the paper pattern 1. Namely, the generation of the wrinkles and slacks in the paper pattern is obviated in the stage for sticking the paper pattern which is bent simply by holding the same with hand. Even the unskilled person can do the job with ease.

Apart from the features of the invention in the above two examples, the current method of forming a pseudo tile pattern includes the steps of applying an undercoat, pasting a pattern, applying pattern forming paint, removing the pattern,
It consisted of applying a top coat of paint.

Among these processes, the paper pattern pasting process involves pasting the paper pattern onto a wall surface that has been coated with an undercoat, but since the paper pattern itself has excellent flexibility, there may be wrinkles or wrinkles when pasting it. Looseness, etc. may occur, and distortion may occur.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) As described above, in the conventional pasting of paper patterns, distortions may occur due to the visibility of the paper patterns even if the paper patterns are laid out on a wall or the like. This invention attempts to solve this problem.

The structure of this auxiliary board for supporting the paper pattern is that it is approximately the same size as the paper pattern, has a two-layer structure, and consists of a bottom plate that supports the plane part of the paper pattern, and a patterned support plate that supports the side parts of the paper pattern. It is something that Furthermore, the patterned support plate must be made of a material that can be contracted by pressure, and its thickness in the non-pressure state must be the same or approximately the same as the thickness of the paper pattern.

In addition, the auxiliary board may have a cutout and a convex part that fits into the periphery of the auxiliary board, or may have watermarks on the auxiliary board in places that correspond to the intersections of the patterns on the paper pattern or on the pattern lines of the paper pattern. It is also possible to provide a window so that the supported state of the paper pattern can be checked.

To explain the above configuration in order, firstly, the size of the auxiliary board for supporting the pattern is almost the same as the size of the pattern, so that the auxiliary board can be lined up on a wall etc. with the pattern sandwiched between this auxiliary board. This is to make it so.

Therefore, the external dimensions of the auxiliary plate, ignoring the convex portion, should be the same as or slightly smaller than the pattern (up to several millimeters).

Next, the reason why the auxiliary board has a two-layer structure is due to the combination of different materials, and the bottom board should be lightweight and have a smaller visibility than the pattern. In addition, the pattern support plate is attached to the bottom plate with the sides of the W1 paper sandwiched between them, and if you look at the auxiliary plate from the support plate side, you can see that it is fixed to the pseudo tile pattern that is to be formed, and the side of the pattern paper. It is made by fixing it in a band shape by sandwiching it. This patterned support plate can be contracted by pressure, and when used,
Since the paper pattern is pasted by pressing it against a wall surface etc. with the paper pattern sandwiched between them, the paper pattern can be shrunk when pressed so as not to interfere with the adhesion of the paper pattern. Therefore, various materials can be considered, but usually urethane or various rubber foams are used. The thickness of the patterned support plate needs to be the same or almost the same as the thickness of the paper pattern, and it needs to be thinner than the paper pattern when pressurized.

The purpose of providing a notch or a convex portion that fits into the notch around the auxiliary plate is to prevent misalignment when several auxiliary plates are used in series.

Openwork windows are provided at the intersections of the model lines of the pattern on the auxiliary board, at points corresponding to α, or at the pattern lines of the pattern. This is to check whether or not it has been adhered when pasting it on the surface.

Using these paints, paper patterns, and auxiliary boards, the undercoat paint was sprayed and the pattern-forming paint was applied by troweling with a rubber trowel onto the base consisting of the mortar metal trowel surface. As a result, a very good finished surface was obtained without any wrinkles or the like occurring on the paper pattern.
