- 建物の屋根の棟部及び軒下壁部に建物の内部と
外部とを通ずる開閉自在の通気孔を設け、部屋と
屋根裏とを通ずる開閉自在の換気孔を設けたこと
を特徴とする可換気式屋根構造。
