点があつた。 For example, in electric heating appliances such as electric pots and electric rice cookers, a temperature protector such as a so-called temperature fuse connected in series with the heater is provided as a measure to prevent the appliance's temperature from rising too high. Of course, this temperature protector needs to accurately and quickly respond to the temperature of the chamber wall, but the conventional method for this purpose was to attach it tightly to the chamber wall using a plate spring, etc., but this increased the number of parts and made assembly difficult. In addition, there was a drawback that the degree of adhesion to the vessel wall varied greatly depending on slight changes in the elasticity of the leaf spring itself and the state in which the leaf spring was attached. In other words, if the elasticity of the leaf spring is weak or if it is loosely installed, the temperature protector cannot be firmly attached to the wall of the chamber, and if the elasticity of the leaf spring is stronger than necessary or if it is installed too tightly, It had the disadvantage of damaging the temperature protector and breaking the connection to the lead wire, resulting in poor connection.

Reference numeral 8 denotes a ring-shaped pedestal made of synthetic resin with a connecting port 9 formed in a part of the outer peripheral wall, and a receiving frame 1 that is connected to the connecting port 9 and projects inward.
0 is set. The receiving frame 10 is provided with two left and right pairs of locking portions 11, 11, 12, 12 which are arranged adjacent to each other at a predetermined distance from each other and protrude upward on the upper surface of its upper wall. Stop portions 11, 11, 12,
Pressing portions 13 and 14 are integrally formed between the 12 and projecting slightly upward from the upper surface of the upper wall that connects the adjacent locking portions. 15, 15 are a pair of power receiving terminals fixed to the back wall of the receiving frame 10; 16 is a cylindrical tube having insulating elasticity such as silicone rubber;
Reference numeral 7 denotes a cylindrical temperature protector such as a temperature fuse or a thermostat, which is housed in the tube and connected in series to the heater 4, with terminals 18 and 7 at both ends thereof.
Lead terminals 20, 20 of the lead wires 19, 19 are inserted through the openings at both ends of the cylindrical tube 16.
The connection is fixed. 21 is a fixing metal fitting whose one end is fitted into the fixing screw cylinder 7 and the other end is the fixing piece 22 of the pedestal 8; 23 is a back plate fixed to the lower surface of the pedestal 8; 24, 24 are mounting screws; 25 , 26 are ring fittings and fixing nuts.

First, the packing 3 is fitted into the opening 2 of the vessel wall 1, and the fixing threaded tube 7 of the heater 4 is fitted into the packing 3. Fit one end of the fixing fitting 21 and the ring fitting 25 into the fixing nut 2.
Screw together 6. Then, the cylindrical tube 16 housing the temperature protector 17 connected to part of the lead wires 19, 19 and the lead terminals 20, 20 is fitted between the locking parts 11, 11, 12, 12 on the upper surface of the upper wall of the receiving frame 10. The locking parts 11, 11, 12, 12 are placed on both outer peripheral walls of the cylindrical tube 16 located at the connection part between the lead terminals 20, 20 and the temperature protector 17, and the pressing parts 13, 14 are located at the connection part. It is located on the lower outer peripheral wall of the cylindrical tube 16. At this time, the upper outer circumferential wall of the cylindrical tube 16 is
The height dimensions of the pressing portions 13 and 14 are set so that they protrude upwardly from the tops of the pedestals 1, 12, and 12, and further slightly from the upper opening edge surface of the pedestal 8. Then, attach the back plate 23 to the lower opening of the pedestal 8 and use the mounting screws 24, 24 to attach the back plate 23,
The pedestal 8 and the fixture 21 are screwed together and fixed. At this time, as the screw is fixed, the upper opening edge of the pedestal 8 comes into contact with the bottom wall surface of the container wall 1, and at the same time, as shown in FIG.
3 and 14, the cylindrical tube 16 is pressed upward and crushed so that the internal temperature protector 17 comes into close contact with the inner wall of the cylindrical tube 16, and the cylindrical tube 16
The upper wall of is in close contact with the bottom wall of the vessel wall 1. The pressure of the cylindrical tube 16 as described above is not applied directly to the temperature protector 17 and its connecting portion because it presses the terminals 18, 18 on both sides of the temperature protector 17.

Further, the fixation of the cylindrical tube to the receiving frame does not necessarily have to be in the form of a protruding pin, but may simply be a recess provided on the upper surface of the upper wall of the receiving frame.

When the pedestal is fixed to the vessel wall, the temperature protector is brought into close contact with the vessel wall via the cylindrical tube. It can be easily and securely fixed for use. In particular, when the pedestal is fixed, the temperature protector is brought into close contact with the vessel wall via the cylindrical tube, so the cylindrical tube is used not only to mechanically protect the temperature protector but also to prevent insulation failure due to wet water. It also provides electrical insulation from other parts. Furthermore,
After the temperature protector is fixed to the holder frame, the holder is fixed and brought into close contact with the vessel wall, which improves workability.When fixing the holder, the temperature protector can be clamped between the vessel wall and the holder frame at a place other than the designated place. This prevents the danger of damaging the temperature protector. The degree of adhesion of the temperature protector to the vessel wall can be confirmed by the degree to which the pedestal is fixed. For example, the dimensions of each part should be set so that the best possible adhesion can be achieved when the pedestal is in contact with the vessel wall. I can do it. In addition, since the temperature protector is fixed to the upper surface of the upper wall of the receiving frame, it can be easily connected to the power receiving terminal, and the number of connection lead wires can be minimized, among other effects.
