Claims (1)
- フランジハブ２０にリング状に凹入部２２を設
け、該凹入部２２の内側壁面にテーパー面２２ａ
を形成し、前記凹入部２２に雄テーパーリング２
４を嵌挿配置し、該雄テーパーリング２４をボル
ト３２によつて前記凹入部２２内を軸方向に圧入
することによつて前記フランジハブ２０の内径部
を縮径し、これによつて該内径部とこれに嵌挿す
る軸３０とを固定するようにした装置において、
前記雄テーパーリング２４の外周面と、これに対
向する前記凹入部２２の外側壁面２２ｂとの間に
、ボルト締込み以前に微少隙間を設け、前記ボル
ト締込みにより、前記雄テーパーリング２４のテ
ーパー面２４ａと前記凹入部２２の内側壁面のテ
ーパー面２２ａとが最初に接触し、フランジハブ
２０と軸３０とが仮固定された後、前記雄テーパ
ーリング２４の外周面と前記凹入部２２の外側壁
面とが接合するようにしたことを特徴とするカツ
プリングの軸固定装置。
