ねじ軸に螺合されていると共にガイド手段により
回転不能に支持されていて、ねじ軸の正逆回転に
よつて軸方向に往復動するナツト部材と、吸込口
及び吐出口を有し且つナツト部材に連動連結され
て該ナツト部材の往復動に伴い伸縮するベローと
、吸込口側及び吐出口側にそれぞれ設けられた電
磁開閉バルブを具備し、ベローの収縮時に吸込口
側のバルブが閉じ且つ吐出口側のバルブが開き、
ベローの伸長時には吸込口側のバルブが開き且つ
吐出口側のバルブが閉じるようにしてなるポンプ
