(Prior art and its problems) Conventionally, the method of securing road traffic safety from snowstorms has generally been to install protective fences along roads. In some cases, they remain in place even on sunny days, damaging the natural scenery, and since they are designed to resist wind pressure, they require sturdy foundations and materials, which increases construction costs. There are drawbacks such as. Furthermore, these fences are often installed in fields or other areas with poor footing, and if they are grown in the winter, it is extremely difficult to transport them to the site for installation in the spring, resulting in higher construction costs.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The present invention was researched to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks, and it is possible to make an air cushion protrude from the ground only when a blizzard is likely to occur, without using labor. In addition, in normal climates, it can be stored in a storage box installed on the ground so as not to spoil the natural scenery, and it can also be protected against wind and snow caused by blizzards. The air cushion deforms to guide the wind upward and blow the snow as far as possible, ensuring traffic safety and reducing construction costs.

The present invention will be described in detail with reference to the illustrated embodiment.A large number of groove-shaped storage boxes 2, 2 are arranged in a staggered manner along a road 1 in a terrain where blizzards are likely to occur, and are spaced apart from the road 1 by a predetermined distance. A large number of air cushions 3, 3 are installed in the storage boxes 2.2 at predetermined intervals so that they can appear and retract freely, and the bottoms of the air cushions 3.3 extend toward the bottoms of the storage boxes 2, 2. The air supply pipe 4 is connected to a compressor (not shown) to freely supply and exhaust air to and from the air cushions 3, 3. This air cushion 3.3 is filled with gas at a pressure sufficient to restore the standing state. The air cushion 3.3 should be shaped like a tree so as not to spoil the natural scenery, and its height should be determined depending on the relative relationship with the topography, but it is usually 2.5 to 4.5 meters.

The storage box 2.2 is provided with a lid 5.5, which is opened by the pressure of air sent to the air cushion 3.3, and the air cushion 3,3 is opened by the exhaust of the air cushion 3.3.
The lids 5, 5 are closed at the same time as the storage box 2.2 is stored.

Also, it is preferable to associate a wind meter (not shown) with a compressor so that the compressor is automatically activated when the wind exceeds a certain level.

(Operations and Effects) The present invention is embodied as described above, and the ground snow that hits the air cushion 3.3 deforms the air cushion and falls to the leeward side, so the wind and snow is guided upward and blows upward. It combines with the wind and is blown further away, so it does not interfere with road traffic. Furthermore, since the surface of the air cushion is constantly shaken by wind pressure, snow does not adhere to the surface of the air cushion, and the air cushion can be smoothly stored in the storage box after being exhausted.

Furthermore, since it is designed to be stored in a storage box when not in use, the natural beauty is not spoiled, and maintenance is simple and economical since no work such as installation or removal is required.

A large number of storage boxes are arranged in a row at a predetermined distance from the road along a road in a terrain where blizzards are likely to occur, and a large number of air cushions are installed in the storage boxes at predetermined intervals so that they can appear and disappear at will. The bottom of the air cushion is connected to an air supply/intake pipe installed near the bottom of the storage box, and the air cushion is filled with gas at a pressure that provides sufficient restoring force in an upright state.
