トンの中空部内に貫通させてシリンダに取り付け
、駆動軸に固着したヨークのヨーク溝にトラニオ
ンピンを係合させて、ピストンの往復運動により
駆動軸を回転させる如くなし、更に上記ヨークの
長さをヨークが揺動した時にヨーク先端がシリン
ダと干渉しない程度の長さとし、シリンダを直筒
状となしたことを特徴とするバタフライ弁駆動用
ロータリアクチユエータ。
