強部材又はブラケツト等を密着させて取付ける取
付状態図であり、第２図は、プレス打抜き成形縁
部に設けられたセギリの構造図であつて、Ａは段
付部を有するセギリ構造、Ｂは傾斜部を有するセ
ギリの構造を示す。第３図は、従来の車体外板に
補強部材又はブラケツト等を密着させて取付ける
取付状態図であり、ａは取付状態概略図、ｂはそ
の取付状態拡大図である。 １……車体外板、２……補強部材又はブラケツ
ト等、２ａ……プレス打抜き成形縁部、２ｂ……

Claims (1)
- 薄板で形成される車体外板へ溶接又は接着剤に
よつて補強部材又はブラケツト等を密着させて取
付けるに当つて、補強部材又はブラケツト等のプ
レス打抜き成形により生ずるバリで車体外板表面
に押しキズを発生させないように、補強部材又は
ブラケツト等のプレス打抜き成形縁部沿いに補強
部材又はブラケツト等が車体外板へ取付けられた
際において車体外板より浮き上がるセギリを設け
ることを特徴とする車体外板補強部材等の端縁形
状。
