Claims (1)
- 含浸液を収納する含浸槽本体と、前記含浸槽本
体の上方に該含浸槽本体を被蓋するように上下動
可能に配設された上蓋と、前記含浸槽本体と上蓋
とで形成される密閉空間内を減圧する手段と、前
記密閉空間を大気に開放する手段と、前記上蓋内
に延びる上下動可能なシヤフトに支持された被含
浸材保持用パレツトとを備えたことを特徴とする
含浸装置。
