- 気体の流入口および吐出口を有する容器内に、
ゼオライト製吸着剤を充填してなる吸着塔におい
て、上記吸着塔内に、上記吸着剤の流入口側に、
セラミツクボール等の高熱容量充填材を配設した
ことを特徴とする吸着塔。
