A disk is rotatably housed inside a case consisting of upper and lower halves molded from synthetic resin, and four reference parts are provided at approximately four corners of the case for determining the height of the case with respect to a recording/reproducing device. At the positions of these four reference parts, the upper and lower halves are joined to each other, and a plurality of identification holes for identifying the storage capacity of the disk, etc. are formed at each of the four reference parts. Disk cartridges are provided in the case and are distributed near the parts.
