【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は、シングルレバー式混合水栓に関す
る。

水栓を提供することを目的とするものである。

本考案に係るシングルレバー式混合水栓(以下
単に本案水栓という)は、第1図に示す如く、水
栓本体1の上部に、弁体2、操作杆3、回転体4
等の水流制御部材を収納する筒状制御室5を有す
るものであつて、該筒状制御室5の底壁7には温
水通孔6、冷水通孔17等が穿設され、該底壁7
上には、前記温水通孔6、冷水通孔17等に連通
する温水弁孔8、冷水弁孔18等を穿設した弁座
9が装着されている。前記制御室底壁7の温水通
孔6の上周縁部7aと前記弁座9の温水弁孔8の
下周縁部9aとの間には、Oリング、平パツキン
等のシール部材11が介装されている(以下温水
用シール部材11という)。該温水用シール部材
11は前記上周縁部7aの上面と前記下周縁部9
aの下面とを接合部10を通水からシールするも
のである。すなわち、図示実施例においては、第
1図、第2図に示す如く前記弁座9の温水弁孔8
の下周縁部9aに段部9bを形成し、該段部9b
にOリングを嵌合する如き状態で、前記温水弁孔
下周縁部9aと前記温水弁孔の上周縁部7aとの
間にOリングが介装されている。また、温水用シ
ール部材11として第5図に示す如き平パツキン
を使用する場合は、前記弁座9の温水弁孔8の下
周縁部9a下面と前記制御室底壁7の温水弁孔6
の上周縁部7a上面の間に介装されることは勿論
である。前記温水用シール部材11の開口部12
の全面には、第3図乃至第5図に示す如く、金属
製、プラスチツク製等の適宜素材からなる網13
が張設されている。その網13を温水用シール部
材11に張設するには、Oリング等の成型金型内
に、前以つて網材を挿入しておき、一体的に成形
する等の方法によればよい。同様の方法により、
冷水用シール部材19の開口部21及び熱水用シ
ール部材20の開口部22にも網13が張設され
ている。

によつて整流化されるとともに流速は適度の速さ
に低下させられる。流速の低下した整流は制御室
底壁7の温水通水孔9を通過して、広い温水室1
4へ、整流化したまま静かに流れ込み、吐水管2
1から外気中に中速整流として流れ出す。なお、
熱水通孔と熱水弁孔の間にも熱水用の網張りシー
ル部材20が介装されているので、熱水が減速整
流化されて混合室15内に流入することについて

る摩擦等の影響を受けることがないから、減耗の
おそれは全くなく、その消音機能を長期にわたつ
て保持し得るものである。
