Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there have been systems in which output signals from information providing devices such as video tape recorders, video discs, home computers, microcomputers, etc. are obtained by television receivers in the same way as television broadcast waves. These systems use signal switches and the like. The present invention relates to a structure for attaching a high-frequency connector, a shield case, and a printed board to each other used in equipment that handles high-frequency signals, such as the signal switch.

In the figure, 1 is a cabinet made of plastic or the like, 2 is a power switch, and 3 is a knob for signal switching. Fig. 2 is a perspective view showing the installation state, where 4 is a television receiver, 5 is a connection between the television receiver 4 and signal cables from various devices such as a video tape recorder, video disk, home computer, microcomputer, etc. This is a signal cable. That is, as shown in FIG. 2, the signal switcher selects the signals from the various devices using a switch knob 3 and displays the desired signal on the television receiver 4 to obtain a high-frequency signal. It is a switching device.

These terminals 11 to 18 are attached to a metal mounting frame 1.
It is electrically and mechanically fixed to 0. Furthermore, since the signals transmitted to the terminals 11 to 18 have different contents and are of high frequency, they cause oscillation, and in an open state, they cause interference with adjacent signals, making it impossible to obtain accurate signals. Therefore, in order to prevent this abnormal phenomenon, a conductive frame 19 (hereinafter referred to as a shield case) is essential.

ルドケース19の組立ては完了する。 FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing the components before assembly. As shown in this figure, the terminal mounting frame 10 has a substantially U-shape, and is made by bending a conductive metal plate. This terminal mounting frame 10
A plurality of terminal mounting holes 28 are provided in the center surface of the terminal, and each of the terminals 11 to 18 is inserted into the hole 28 as shown by arrow A, and then tightened with a nut 20 from the rear surface. The mounting hole 28 has an oval shape, and each of the terminals 11 to 1 that engage with the mounting hole 28 has an oval shape.
The rear portion 30, which is threaded at No. 8, also has the same shape. This is the terminal 11 when tightening with nut 20.
This is a commonly used method to prevent rotations of 18 to 18 from co-rotating. All the terminals 11 to 18 are attached to the mounting frame 10 in this manner, and the nut 20 can be fastened by using an electric or air-driven nut box.
Also, recently there are multi-axis systems, so if you use this, the speed will increase even more. Next, the shield case 19 is mechanically and electrically reliably attached to the mounting frame 10, and the shield case 19 is made of a main body portion 31 and a plurality of partition plates 21. The main body portion 31 and the partition plate 21 have already been mechanically and electrically connected in a separate process using a caulking method. The object in this state is applied to the mounting frame 10 from the direction of arrow B. At this time, the notches 32 provided on the upper and lower sides of the surface 22 of the partition plate 21 that contact the mounting frame 10 are dimensioned to just engage with the upper and lower claws 23 of the mounting frame 10. That is, as with the left and right positions, the distance F between the upper and lower claws 23 on the mounting frame 10 side is slightly larger than the dimension G between the notches 32 of the partition plate 21. After engaging the notches 32 of all the partition plates 21 with the upper and lower claws 23 of the mounting frame 10 in this way, the shield case 19 is assembled to the mounting frame 10 by bending the claws 23 inward and caulking them. is completed.

This is because the nut box cannot be used after the shield case 19 is attached to the mounting frame 10, and efficiency is significantly reduced. FIG. 7 shows the state in which the partition plate 21 is crimped with the upper and lower claws 23 of the mounting frame 10. After engaging the claws 23 with the notches 32 of the partition plate as described above, press the claws 23 with the arrows E. Bend each piece inward and swage. This crimping would be a difficult task if done one by one by hand, but if you use a crimping jig that uses a cam, you can reliably perform all crimping at the same time.

At this time, the legs 26, 25, and 27 of the mounting frame 10, the partition plate 21, and the shield case body 31 are exactly engaged with the corresponding square holes 33 of the printed circuit board 6, respectively. Next, sandwich the printed circuit board 6 and screw the pin screw 34 into the hole 29 of the mounting frame 10.
The rear part of the board is fixed to the printed circuit board 6. This is to prevent the shield case 19 from floating during solder dipping and to reinforce the printed circuit board 6. Note that the attachment of other electrical components to the printed circuit board 6 has already been completed before attaching the shield case and the like. Therefore, if automatic dip is performed after this, soldering of the mounting frame 10 and shield case 19 to the printed circuit board 6 will be completed at the same time as other electrical components.

A structure in which the notch of the partition plate engages the claws of the terminal mounting frame, the claws are crimped at the same time using a crimping jig, and then the printed circuit board is inserted and automatic dips can be performed at the same time as other electrical components. As a result, efficiency is significantly improved compared to conventional manual soldering, etc., and mass production can be carried out smoothly. In addition, since no manual work is required, stable quality can be maintained, and a product can therefore be provided at an overall low cost.
