  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) モーター等を内蔵するモーター室と、モー
    ター室前方の紙袋を挿着する集塵室とで形成され
    る本体ケースと、上記集塵室上方の開口を覆う蓋
    体と、ホースを差し込む吸気口を有し本体ケース
    前方に固着されるフロントカバーとを有し、略コ
    の字状に形成され、一辺の握り部と左右２辺の摺
    動部を有するハンドルを本体ケースとフロントカ
    バーにより摺動自在に支持するとともに、ハンド
    ルは本体前方斜め上方に向かつて摺動自在に設け
    てなる電気掃除機。 (2) ハンドルの摺動部には溝を設けるとともに
    、摺動部を支持するフロントカバーには溝に相対
    して突出体を設けてなる実用新案登録請求の範囲
    第１項記載の電気掃除機。
