【考案の詳細な説明】 本案は庫体その他に用いられるよろい戸の改良
に関し、その目的とするところは開閉操作時に雑
音を発することなくスムーズな開閉を行うことが
でき、しかも十分な強度を保有し、外表面を光沢
ある色に彩色し得るようにしたよろい戸を提供せ
んとするものである。

するものの、材料特性の差による強度低下をまね
き汚傷を受け易く且つ耐火性能においては問題と
なるものであつた。

本案はこのような状況に鑑み考案したものであ
り、その要旨とするところは各単位スラツトを合
成樹脂製の基体と金属板製の前面カバーとの組合
せによつて構成し且つ各単位スラツトの連結を、
特別な連結部材を別途容易することなく各基体に
連結用部を一体形成するとともに各単位スラツト
を上下に連結させた際に上下位の前記金属板製前
面カバーにより、それらが非接触状態を保ちうる
僅かな間隙を残して前面全てが覆われてなる点に
ある。以下実施例にて詳説すれば各単位スラツト
Aは第1図に示すように構成した基体1と前面カ
バー2の組合せによつて構成され、基体1は内部
に空間を有する横長筒状の箱体1′であつて、上

7の垂直辺7′の折曲高さl′を考慮することによ
つて第2図に示すように連結状態の基体1に取付
けられた各表面カバー2…間に僅かな間隙mを設
けて各表面カバー2,2を非接触状態に保ち本案
よろい戸の開閉操作時に接触音を発しないように
なしつつ、よろい戸前面の略全てに金属板製前面
カバー2…を位置させて構成している。基体1へ
の取付けは第2図に示すように上下縁内側にL字
状折曲縁7による空間部8を残して基体1の前面
に密接させるとともに、前記した掛止溝3、先端
膨大部6の嵌合による基体1,1の連結部から離
隔させ、即ち連結部における基体1の回転時にそ
の回転力の影響が該前面カバー2に伝わらないよ
うな状態となして嵌着取付けられるのである。而
して本案の基体1に形成される掛止溝3掛止突条
5は原則として基体1の全長に亘つて形成し、連
結に際しては一の基体の掛止溝3に他の基体の掛
止突条5を側端開口から嵌入させ、又掛止発条5
には他の基体の掛止溝3を側方から嵌合させて順

ので、よろい戸開閉時のスラツト同士の接触によ
る不快な雑音発生を完全に防止できるとともにL
字状折曲縁による空間部が形成されることにより
よろい戸と他の物とのぶつかり音響の減衰をも期
待しうる。加うるに本案では基体1を、内部に空
間を有した筒状箱体となして基体1の変形を極力
防止する構造となしたことにより各基体1…の連
結強度を高め得るでけでなく、前面カバー2に基
体変形に基づく反り等の悪影響を及ぼすことがな
いという利点がある。
