<Industrial Application Field> The present invention relates to warp knitted fabrics, particularly reversible warp knitted fabrics with back cotton, and knitting methods thereof. <Relationship with conventional technology> In recent years, in the field of inner wear such as lingerie and underwear, there has been a strong demand for moisture absorption, sweat absorption, and antistatic performance. Reversible warp knitted fabric with cotton lining is requested. By the way, reversible warp-knitted fabrics with back cotton are conventionally knitted using a three-reed warp knitting machine and are commercially available, but the fabric is thick and is often unsuitable for innerwear use. In addition, in reversible warp knitted fabrics knitted using a two-ply reed warp knitting machine, the cotton yarns or polyester/cotton blend yarns inserted on the back side easily come off, and the surface of the knitted fabric is formed. Fabric defects such as stitches of synthetic fiber filament yarn being curved in the width direction of the fabric and fraying of stitches from the cut section during sewing in the length direction occur, making it difficult to satisfy consumer demands when used as an inner material. Nakatsuta. <Object of the invention> The present invention is a warp-knitted fabric suitable for inner wear, especially lingerie, and underwear material, in which synthetic filament yarns appear on the front side and spun yarns containing hydrophilic fibers appear on the back side. hand,
The back side of the knitted fabric has excellent moisture and sweat absorption performance, and the inserted thread does not come off, and the synthetic fiber filament stitches forming the front side do not bend in the width direction, so they do not fall out from the cut part during sewing. To obtain a reversible warp-knitted fabric using two reeds so that the stitches do not fray, and a knitting method thereof. <Structure of the Invention> The present invention comprises a thermoplastic synthetic fiber filament yarn and a spun yarn containing a hydrophilic fiber having a thickness (denier equivalent) of 1.5 times or more of the filament yarn. The front side of the knitted fabric is knitted with two stitches using thermoplastic synthetic fiber filament yarn, and the back side is a reversible warp knitted fabric with inserted stitches using spun yarn containing hydrophilic fibers. A spun yarn comprising a hydrophilic fiber whose thickness (denier equivalent) is 1.5 times or more that of the thermoplastic synthetic fiber filament yarn in the back reed, which is knitted in two stitches by arranging thermoplastic synthetic fiber filament yarn. A reversible warp of lining cotton in which insert knitting is performed between one or two stitches by arranging the threads, and the runner ratio of each reed satisfies 0.1≦spun yarn inserted knit runner/synthetic fiber yarn 2-stitch knit runner≦0.3. This is a method of knitting a knitted fabric. The thermoplastic synthetic fiber filament yarn constituting the warp knitted fabric of the present invention includes polyester filament yarn,
Any type of yarn such as polyamide filament yarn may be used. Further, the spun yarn containing hydrophilic fibers may be any type of yarn, and examples thereof include 100% cotton yarn, polyester/cotton blend yarn, and the like.

[Formula] The twist coefficient of the spun yarn is preferably 3.5 to 5.5, and more preferably 3.5 to 5.5 for ring spun yarn.
4.5, and 4.5 to 5.5 for open-end spun yarn.
The total denier of the thermoplastic synthetic fiber filament yarn may be any value, but is preferably in the range of 20 denier to 200 denier. Also, the yarn count of the spun yarn is preferably in the above range in terms of denier, but the yarn thickness of the spun yarn is preferably in the range of denier. It is necessary that the converted value is 1.5 times or more the thread thickness of the filament yarn, preferably 2.0 to 4.0 times. The thread thickness of spun yarn is the same as that of filament yarn.
If it is less than 1.5 times, the coverage of the back side of the knitted fabric with the spun yarn containing hydrophilic fibers will be small, which is not good because the sweat absorption and moisture absorption properties will be poor. The fabric weight is 50 to 160 g/m 2 , and more preferably the fabric weight is 70 to 120 g/m 2 . When knitting the fabric, a two-reed warp-knitting tricot knitting machine is used to perform two-knit swing knitting with thermoplastic synthetic fiber filament yarn arranged in the front reed, and hydrophilic knitting is performed in the back reed. Spun yarn containing fibers is arranged and insertion knitting is performed over one or two stitches. The former flute stitch may be a 1-3/2-0 closed stitch structure or a 3-1/0-2 open stitch structure. The latter insertion version is 0-0/1-1 or 0-0/2-
It is organized using the following organization. In addition, in the present invention, it is necessary that the runner ratio between the runner of the spun yarn containing hydrophilic fibers and the runner of the thermoplastic synthetic fiber filament is 0.1≦spun yarn insertion knit runner/synthetic fiber yarn double stitch runner≦0.3. It is. What is runner here?480
Refers to the thread length per course. Runner ratio is 0.3
If the knitting exceeds this value, the inserted knitting of the spun yarn containing hydrophilic fibers that performs the intercalated knitting will be wobbly, giving the knitted fabric a feeling of bounciness, the spun yarn on the back side will lift up, and the stitches will become untidy. Furthermore, when the runner ratio becomes less than 0.1, formation becomes impossible. The preferred runner ratio is 0.15~
It is 0.25. The knitted warp knitted fabric undergoes the dyeing process of relaxing → hydrogen peroxide bleaching → dyeing → drying → finishing set. The conditions for each step may be those normally used. <Effects of the Invention> The warp knitted fabric of the present invention is a reversible warp knitted fabric with back cotton, and the spun yarn of the insertion knitting forming the back side is difficult to come off, and the synthetic fiber filament of the swing knitting forming the front side. It is a warp knitted fabric that has no bending in the width direction, no fraying of the stitches from the sewn cut portion in the finished fabric, and has moisture absorption, sweat absorption, and antistatic properties and is comfortable to the touch. <Example> 40 mm on the front reed of a 130″ 32 gauge two-reed warp knitting machine
A polyamide multifilament yarn 1 with a denier of 12 filaments is arranged as shown in FIG.
Perform the second stitch with a 3/2-0 knitting structure, place cotton yarn 2 of 60'S/I (denier equivalent: 88.6 denier) on the back reed, and create a 0-0/2 stitch as shown in Figure 1. −
Insertion stitching was performed using the stitching structure of 2. At this time, the cotton yarn insertion knit runner was 48 cm, and the polyamide multifilament yarn double stitch runner was 240 cm, and the runner ratio was 0.2. The on-machine knitting density was 55 courses/inch x 32 wales/inch. The greige knitted fabric was subjected to relaxing → hydrogen peroxide bleaching → dyeing → drying → finishing setting to obtain a warp knitted fabric with a finishing density of 50 courses/inch x 46 wales/inch. As shown in Figure 2, the warp knitted fabric has cotton yarns on the back side and filament yarns on the front side, making it a reversible knitted fabric with excellent moisture absorption and sweat absorption properties, making it suitable for lingerie and underwear. It is a suitable knitted fabric.
