部材よりなる塔槽類補修用金具に存する。 The present invention was devised in order to solve these conventional inconveniences, and the purpose is to provide a repair fitting that can extremely easily and completely repair holes in towers and tanks. The gist of this is a repair fitting that closes the perforated and damaged parts of towers and tanks, including a closing plate made of a flat or curved surface that covers the perforated and damaged part, and a hole drilled at an appropriate position on the closing plate. A closing plate fixing rod with one end bent at a substantially right angle to which a male screw to be fitted is screwed and inserted into the tower tank, a nut to be fitted to the male screw, and the closing plate for supporting the fixing. A metal fitting for repairing towers and tanks consists of a fixed rod support member fixedly installed on the surface of the tower.

It is composed of a closing plate fixing rod 4 to be fitted and a fixing rod support member 5 for supporting the closing plate fixing rod 4 fixedly provided on the surface of the closing plate 2. At least one end of the closing plate fixing rod 4 is bent into a hook shape at a substantially right angle to form a bent portion 6, and the bent portion 6 forms a hole 3 formed approximately in the center of the closing plate 2.
It is charged into the inside of the tower and tank through the perforated and damaged part of the wall of the tower and tank. Further, a male screw 8 is cut in an appropriate part of the closing plate fixing rod 4, and a nut 9 fitted to this screw fixes the closing plate 2 through a washer 10.
be tightly fixed to the wall of the tower and tank. It is convenient if the other end 7 of the closing plate fixing rod 4 is also bent in the same direction as the bent portion 6, since the bending direction of the bent portion 6 that has entered the inside of the towers and tanks can be recognized from the outside of the towers and tanks. good. In addition, in order to increase the contact area between the bent portion 6 and the inner surface of the wall, the bent portion 6
The tip may be further bent at a right angle so as to be parallel to the inner surface of the wall.

極めて都合がよい。 First, while applying the closing plate 2 of the repair fitting 1 to the damaged part 13 of the wall surface 12 of the tower and tank,
The closing plate fixing rod 4 fitted into the hole 3 is inserted into the tower or tank from the bent portion 6 (see Fig. 3A). Next, the bent portion 6 is rotated in the same direction as the fixed rod support member 5, and after the fixed rod 4 is positioned on the support portion 11 of the fixed rod support member 5, the washer 10 is held between the fixed rod Tighten the nut 9 fitted in 4. By doing this, the closing plate 2 of the repair fitting 1 can be completely tightly fixed to the wall surface 12 of the tower and tank in the state shown in FIG. Moreover, the fixed rod support member 5
Since the fixing rod 4 is supported by the bolts, even if the nut 9 is tightened strongly, the fixing rod 4 will not rotate about the edge of the perforated damaged part 13 as a fulcrum.
Extremely convenient.

If the holed and damaged part 13' cannot be covered by the plate 2, a large closing plate 2' that can cover the damaged part 13' is prepared separately, and the hole is closed with the closing plate 2'. After that, the closing plate 2' may be fixed to the chute 14 using a plurality of repair fittings 1 according to the present invention. Furthermore, in such a case, a predetermined number of fixing rod support members 5' are directly fixed in advance to a predetermined portion of the closing plate 2' without using the closing plates 2 individually, and the fixing rods 4 are fixed to the supporting members 5'. It may be supported.
