孔に換気口格子の横杆両端をそれぞれ装脱可能に
嵌挿してなる床下の換気口を提供するもので、換
気口格子の取外しを可能になしたものである。

多数の縦杆5が間隔配置され、一方、横杆4の両
端を嵌入する上記両側壁には、第3図示の如く、
ゴム材あるいは合成樹脂材などからなる弾性材で
構成した横杆嵌挿体6を、その横杆嵌挿孔6aを
上記換気口2に向けて開口させて埋設してある。
この横杆嵌挿体6の横杆嵌挿孔6aはそれに連な
る中空部に比して孔径の小さい細口形状をしてお
り、この横杆嵌挿孔6aに挿入される前記横杆4
の端縁と弾力的に密に嵌合して容易には抜き差し
出来ない半固定状態に該横杆4を嵌着保持するよ
うになしてある。又、この横杆嵌挿体6の外周面
には基礎1に埋設した際に抜け落ちを防ぐための
係止弁片6bを張り出させてある。その他、図中
7,7は基礎1の成形時に用いる型枠を示し、
8,8は換気口2の型抜き用テーパー面を示す。

7,7を型抜きテーパー面8,8に沿つて夫々外
方に型抜きすると(第5図示状態)、基礎1の換
気口2の構成部には換気口格子3が第1図及び第
2図に示す如く取付けられた状態となる。そし
て、この基礎1の成形時に横杆嵌挿体6,6が所
定の向きで以て所定の配置位置に埋設される。

トを打設すれば良いから、基礎施工の作業性を損
うことなく、格子棚の取外し可能な床下換気口を
構成することが出来るので、その実用上における
効果が極めて有効なるものである。
