備するケース体と、このケース体内に設けられ加
えられた振動を電気信号に変換する信号変換部と
を有する振動センサにおいて、前記取付部材の底
部にこの取付部材の中心軸に対して非対称となる
加工部を設けたことを特徴とする振動センサ。 (2) 前記加工部は、前記取付部材の中心軸に対
して傾斜した加工面を有し、かつ、この加工面に
偏心した凹部を設けたものである実用新案登録請
求の範囲第1項又は第2項記載の振動センサ。 (3) 前記加工部は、取付部材の底部においてそ
の中心軸から偏心した位置に突起部を設けたもの
