ツクに光スポツトを正確にトレースさせるための
光学走査装置に関する。

導体レーザを使用すれば、光源を含め、全光学系
を一体化して、3次元に振ることができれば、光
学読取りヘツドとして著しく小型化、低コスト化
が可能となる。

得られるという作用効果を奏する。
