射熱源fからの熱線で調理物のグリル調理とを行
うようにしたものは知られるが、この場合電波照
射室eと輻射熱源fとは別置きに配置されるを一
般としたもので、これによれば一方例えば輻射熱
源fを調理物の均一加熱に適した例えば加熱庫の
上面中央部に配置した場合、電波照射室eの配置
位置が中央部からずれ、高波調理に際しての加熱
の均一性が損われる。そこで加熱庫の上面中央部
にフアンを備える高周波放出口をその周辺に熱源
としてのヒータを設けたものも特開昭54−69849
号公報に知られるが、このものではヒータの配置
位置がずれざるを得ず、いづれにしてもグリル調
理と高周波調理と両方において加熱の均一性を得
ることは困難である。

に熱線を照射する輻射熱源6とを配置するものに
おいて、該輻射熱源6を、一面を燃焼面7とした
筐形のバーナ本体8を有するガス赤外線バーナで
構成して、これを該燃焼面7において該加熱庫1
内に臨ませると共に、該バーナー本体8の内部空
間に該スターラフアン4を収容して、該内部空間
を該電波照射室5に構成することを特徴とする。

貫通部におけるガスシールの必要が無く有利であ
