The surface plates are placed at a predetermined interval, and a formwork for shaping the end is brought into contact with the end of the surface plate, and a foaming material is placed in the space surrounded by the two faceplates and the formwork for shaping the end. Since resin liquid was injected and foamed, it was troublesome to attach the gasket to the edge of the surface plate with adhesive, and since the gasket was attached to the edge of the surface plate, it was difficult to place the surface plate. It had the disadvantage of poor workability.

Anchor part 62 at the other end of the packing 6
shall protrude inward from the two surface plates. Then, a foamable resin liquid such as urethane resin is injected into the space surrounded by the two surface plates 2, 2 and the formwork 7 for shaping the end portions, and foam filling is performed. Then, as shown in FIG. 4, the surface plates 2, 2 and the foam body 3 are integrally connected, a connecting part 4 is formed at the end, and an anchor part 62 is embedded in the foam body 3. A heat insulating panel with the gasket 6 attached is molded. Next, by removing the formwork 7 for end shaping, the packing main body 61 is removed from the packing locking groove 72.
The heat insulating panel 1 as shown in FIG. 1 can be easily obtained.

いものとなつている。 As described above, the method for manufacturing a heat insulating panel of the present invention uses an end shaping mold having a packing groove, one end of the packing is locked in this groove, and a foaming resin liquid is applied. The insulation panel is formed by injecting and foaming, and the other end of the packing is buried in the foam and installed, so there is no need for a separate adhesive, making the installation of the packing easy. Since there is no installation required, the overall workability is also good.
