Cleaning was performed by moving inside the mold while applying vibrations.

The dimension F from the tip to the tip of the upper and lower brushes 44 is set in advance by 3 to 30 degrees from the open dimension E of the mold 44 so that elasticity is applied.
Cleaning was performed by moving the brush 44 straight into the mold by means of a straight line (not shown) while applying vibrations to the brush 44 using an air vibrator 46 while setting the brush 44 to be 4 mm smaller.

This is because after the brush 44 enters the mold 43, vibrations are absorbed at the root of the brush 44 and are not transmitted to the tip of the brush 44. Further, the pressing force of the brush 44 against the cleaning surface becomes weaker as the brush 44 is used for a long time because its tip gradually wears out. That is, as the pressing force of the brush 44 changes, the effect of peeling off the resin scum deteriorates, and it is necessary to frequently adjust the height of the brush 44.

There were problems such as splashing. In other words, resin particles remaining in the mold 43 may be driven onto the lead frame, mixed into the cavity, or floated onto the cavity surface during the next resin injection, which may adversely affect the appearance and reliability. The reciprocating shafts 22a and 22b are supported by the bearing 2
It is fixed to the cleaning head support plate 5 via 3a and 23b. Further, a duct 7b is fixed to the cleaning head 6 and passes through the cleaning head support plate 5. Therefore, as the reciprocating motor 14 rotates, the rod end 17 transmits a circular arc rotational motion to the L fitting 18, and the L fitting 18 moves the parallel bin 21 toward the mold in the C-direction perpendicular to the A-B direction of movement. It is possible to transmit reciprocating motion in the D direction.
