Claims (1)
面に熱伝導性の高いゴムシートを介して当接され
る反射板と、該反射板に対して斜めに入射する中
心軸を有する光を射出する発光素子と、上記反射
板により正反射された発光素子からの光の中心軸
上に配設された主受光素子と、上記発光素子から
の入射光の中心軸と反射光の中心軸とを含む上記
反射板に対して垂直な平面内で上記主受光素子と
は異なる反射角をなすように該主受光素子の付近
に配設された少なくとも1つの副受光素子とを備
えており、窓ガラスの内面に結露が生じたときに
発光素子からの光が反射板により乱反射して副受
光素子に入射することによつて、主受光素子及び
副受光素子の受光量の比に基づいて結露を検出す
るようにしたことを特徴とする結露検出装置。 (2) 前記結露検出装置が、例えば自動車等の車
体内面にネジ等の取付け手段により固定される取
付けステーと該取付けステーに一端が固定されて
いる板バネ等の弾性板材とから成る取付け部を含
んでおり、前記反射板をゴムシートを介して窓ガ
ラスの内面の適宜な位置に当接させて、上記取付
けステーを車体内面の所定位置に固定することに
より、上記弾性板材の先端が弾性変形した状態で
窓ガラスの内面に当接している結露センサ部のケ
ースの上面に当接し、かくして上記弾性板材の先
端が該弾性板材の弾性変形により発生する応力に
よつて、反射板を窓ガラスの内面に対して圧接し
て取り付けるようにしたことを特徴とする、実用
新案登録請求の範囲第1項に記載の結露検出装置
