よつて傾斜及び又は加速度の検出を行なうように
した傾斜・加速度センサにおいて、前記磁性流体
を加熱するための加熱手段と、前記磁性流体の温
度に関連した検出信号を出力する検出手段と、該
検出信号に応答し前記磁性流体が所定温度以下と
なることがないように前記加熱手段の通電制御を
行なう制御手段とを備えたことを特徴とする傾斜
