Claims (1)
ようとする断面円形の溶融金属容器の内側に設置
した型枠上に載せ降し可能な架台を載せ、この架
台の上に回転駆動装置によつて回転する回転テー
ブルを設け、この回転テーブルの上にその外周の
溶融金属容器内面と型枠との空間に不定形耐火材
料を流し込むための流し込み装置を搭載し、流し
込んだ不定形耐火材料を振動させて充填密度を高
めるためのバイブレーターを昇降自在に回転テー
ブルに１ないし複数個吊り下げて設けるとともに
、流し込んだ不定形耐火材料の上面の高さを検出
する高さ検出器を設け、この高さ検出器をバイブ
レーター昇降駆動装置に電気接続してバイブレー
ターを流し込んだ不定形耐火材料の施工面に追従
して昇降制御自在に設けたことを特徴とする不定
