Claims (1)
- 回転軸の外周面に設けたねじのポンピング作用
により同回転軸と同回転軸を取り囲む円筒状軸受
本体との間の隙間を流れる気体を昇圧して、同回
転軸を回転可能に支持する軸受において、前記回
転軸の外周面に磁性体を取付け、同磁性体に対向
して前記軸受本体の上半部に電磁石または永久磁
石を設けたことを特徴とする複合軸受。
