Claims (1)
- シリンダポートに直結してその開度を制御する
制御弁装置と、この制御弁装置に制御信号を出力
するコントローラとを設けてなり、上記制御弁装
置は、一端を背圧室の臨ませ、この背圧室の圧力
に応じて上記シリンダポートの開度を決めるメイ
ンスプールと、上記コントローラの出力信号に応
じて、背圧室の圧力を制御する電気的パイロツト
制御弁とからなることを特徴とした油圧シリンダ
の速度制御機構。
