Conventionally, many folded plate roofs have been constructed with a skylight for daylighting attached to a portion of the roof. This lighting skylight is
It is constructed in a watertight manner so that it is located at a position higher than the height of the peak of the chevron part of the folded plate roof. For this reason, rainwater collects in the valley between the peak and bottom of the folded plate roof located above the water from the location of the skylight, so it is necessary to cover the peak and bottom of the folded plate in a flat manner. Covering material was installed and constructed.

In particular, with this construction, if the lighting skylight is located closer to the eaves side and further away than the water side (ridge side), the construction area for installing the covering material on the water side will be large and the construction will be troublesome. In addition, there were other problems such as an increase in construction costs.

In addition, when a daylighting skylight is installed at an appropriate location in the middle of the slope of a folded-plate roof, it is difficult to shut down the area below the water from the daylighting skylight, and in order to ensure watertightness, there are many parts required. There were also problems such as a complicated structure and high construction costs.

Therefore, as a result of intensive research to solve the above-mentioned problems, the inventor has developed the present invention by opening an appropriate part of a folded plate roof, and opening the roof from a part on the water side at approximately the center in the width direction of the wide bottom part. A daylighting roof that forms a slanted bulge that bulges out so that the height gradually increases toward the underwater end, and a daylighting plate is fixed watertightly to the slanted top surface of this slanted bulge. The above-water side end of the board is placed on the back side of the folded plate roof at the above-water side position of the opening, and the wide bottom and sloping bulge at the below-water end of the daylighting roof board are used to prevent water at the opening. Cover the peaks and bottom of the folded plate roof at the lower position, so that the wide bottom of the daylighting roof plate and the bottoms of the opening above and below the water are approximately on the same plane. By creating a daylighting roof with this structure, daylighting roof sheets can be easily attached to appropriate locations on the folded plate W roots, and special repairs are not required on the water side and waterside side of the daylighting area of the folded plate roof. Even if it is not necessary, construction can be carried out in an orderly manner, and the above-mentioned problems have been solved.

To explain these effects in detail, first of all, conventionally, many roofs have been constructed with a skylight for daylight attached to a part of the folded plate roof. This lighting skylight is constructed in a watertight manner so that it is located at a position higher than the height of the peak of the chevron-shaped portion of the folded plate roof. For this reason, rainwater collects in the valley between the peak and bottom of the folded plate roof located above the water from the location of the skylight, so it is necessary to cover the peak and bottom of the folded plate in a flat manner. Although construction was carried out by attaching a covering material, in the present invention, the inclined bulge portion 5C on which the daylighting plate 7 of the daylighting roof board B is provided,
At approximately the center in the width direction of the wide bottom part 5a, a bulge is formed so that the height gradually increases from the water-side part toward the water-bottom side end, and this daylighting roof board B is used as the folded-plate roof A.
By installing the wide bottom part 5a on the water side ( Rainwater flowing down from the ridge (ridge side) is not blocked by the daylighting roof plate B and flows smoothly from both sides of the slanted bulge 5C to the wide bottom 5a, and the rainwater flows smoothly into the wide bottom 5a from both sides of the slanted bulge 5C. It flows down from the bottom part 2 of the folded plate roof A continuing from the water side of the daylighting roof board B, and also flows down to the bottom part 2 of the folded plate roof A continuing from the water side of the daylighting roof board B.
C bulges out to be gradually higher than the wide bottom portion 5a, so when the slope of the folded plate roof A is large, rainwater flowing down can smoothly flow down the sloped top surface of the slanted bulge portion 5C. It can flow down, and no matter what the slope of the roof, no rainwater will accumulate on the daylighting roof board B or on the water side, making it a good repair.

In particular, this construction not only simplifies the structure, but also improves the structure by not providing any cover plate when the daylighting roof plate B is located closer to the eaves and further away than the water side (ridge side). The number of days and costs for construction can be greatly reduced compared to the construction method described above, and there is no problem that the appearance of the folded-plate roof is spoiled by providing a covering plate, and the appearance of the folded-plate roof can be made neat.

Next, in the present invention, when the daylighting roof board B is attached to the opening of the folded plate roof A, it is possible to simultaneously cover the peak part 1 and the bottom part 2 of the folded plate roof A at the position below the water of the opening. There is a great advantage that reliable rain control is easy to perform, and the daylighting roof board B can be installed at an appropriate position in the slope direction of the folded-plate roof A, regardless of whether it is above or below the water side of the folded-plate roof. This construction also requires no cutting or other processing other than creating an opening in the folded plate roof A.Furthermore, while conventional skylights for daylighting have a complex structure and a large number of parts, the present invention , it is composed only of the folded plate roof and the daylighting roof plate B, and the number of parts is small and it can be constructed easily and quickly.

Next, a slanted bulge 5 is formed on the wide bottom 5a of the daylighting roof board B.
By forming the roof plate C into a bulge, the section modulus of the daylighting roof plate B can be increased, and by attaching the daylighting roof plate B to the opening of the folded plate roof A, the slanted bulge portion 5C can be formed. The lower end of the opening is placed at the lower end of the opening.
By coating on 1A, the daylighting roof board B is supported by the folded plate roof A, and the daylighting roof board B can be made strong, so that the daylighting roof of the present invention can be made superior in terms of strength.

Next, the slanted bulging portion 5C of the daylighting roof board B is formed so that the height gradually decreases from the water side portion of the wide bottom portion 5a toward the waterside end, and this daylighting roof By covering the underwater side end of the slanted bulge 5C of the plate B with the folded plate roof A at the position below the water of the opening location, the slanted top surface of the slanted bulge 5C has a lower water side. , the height is approximately the same as the top of the peak l of the folded plate roof A, and the inclined top surface of the inclined bulging part 5C is wider than the wide bottom part 5a. Since it is close to the top side of the peak 1 of the roof A, the lighting efficiency of the lighting plate 7 on the sloped top surface of the sloped bulge 5C can be improved. In particular, even when the height of the peak part 1 of the folded plate roof A is high,
This mountain part 1 does not block sunlight, and the wide bottom part 5
The lighting efficiency can be significantly improved compared to the case where the lighting board 7 is directly provided on the lighting board 7a.
