(Background of the Invention) In railroad rails, oil is applied to the inner rail side of the rail, especially at curved portions, in order to reduce wear and noise caused by friction between the flange portion of the wheel and the inner rail side surface of the rail. However, when the multiple tie pads and track inspection vehicles that correct track misalignment run, they scrape off this oil and deposit it on the rail treads, causing the wheels to slip when other trains run. I will do it. Furthermore, if this oil adheres to the multiple tie tamper or the wheels of the track inspection vehicle, the accuracy of track correction and track inspection will decrease.

Therefore, the oil has traditionally been removed prior to such orbit correction and inspection work. This anointing oil is usually hard and solidified, so in the past it had to be scraped off manually by workers in motor cars using a sickle-like tool. For this reason, when performing this work, a work leader, a motor car driver, and a worker who scrapes off the oil with a tool are required, which not only requires a lot of manpower but also reduces work efficiency. (Object of the Invention) The present invention was made in view of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a track cleaning vehicle that can efficiently remove oil with less manpower.

This brush pressing mechanism 18 is constructed as follows. That is, as shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, a pin 24 is provided horizontally protruding rearward at the rear of the truck 10, and a vertical plate 26 is swingably attached to the pin 24. This vertical plate 26 can be rotated in the width direction of the truck about a pin 24 by a cylinder 28 (FIG. 3) held on the truck 10, and can be fixed at an appropriate rotational position. A horizontal plate 32 is attached to the lower edge of the vertical plate 26 by a hinge 30 so as to be swingable in the vertical direction. This horizontal plate 32 is rotated up and down about the hinge 30 by a cylinder 34 held on the truck 10, and can be fixed at an appropriate position. Note that the lower end of the piston rod of this cylinder 34 is connected to the horizontal plate 32 via a spherical bearing. A motor holding plate 36 is attached to the lower surface of the horizontal plate 32 so as to be movable in the width direction of the truck. That is, on the lower surface of the horizontal plate 32 there are four linear motion rolling bearings 38 (two of which appear in FIG. 3).
At the same time, two support shafts 40.40 (see FIG. 2) are held by two bearings 38 so as to be slidable in the width direction of the truck, and both ends of each support shaft 40.40 are attached to the motor holding plate 36. is fixed on the top surface. In addition, horizontal plate 3
As shown in Fig. 4, there is a cylinder 4 on the bottom surface near the center of the cylinder 4.
2 is held in the width direction of the truck, and the piston rod 44 of this cylinder 42 is attached to the motor holding plate 32! tied together. Therefore, this cylinder 42 allows the motor holding plate 36 to move in the width direction of the truck.

A motor 46 is fixed to the lower surface of the motor holding plate 36, and the wire brush 20 is fixed to a rotating shaft 48 of the motor 46. Further, the water spray nozzle 22 is fixed to one side edge of the motor holding plate 36, that is, the side edge on the wire brush 20 side. This water nozzle 22 is a wire brush 2

Therefore, by controlling the cylinders 28, 34 and 42, the wire brush 20 can be brought into contact with the inner side surface of the rail 16 at an appropriate angle and with an appropriate pressing force.

As shown in FIG. 3, if the high-pressure water is spread in the width direction above the polishing surface of the wire brush 20, the high-pressure water will remove the oil that is splashed up by the wire brush 20 as it rotates. It can be captured and transported to the orbital floor along with water. Therefore, the oil splashed up by the wire brush 20 can be reliably prevented from adhering to the tread surface 16A.

Further, the oil removed by the wire brush 20 and the oil carried by high-pressure water may be collected by a separately provided recovery machine (not shown).

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, the present invention brings a rotating wire brush into contact with the inner side surface of the rail, and injects high-pressure water from a water spray nozzle onto the rail tread behind the wire brush. . For this reason, the anointing oil was scraped off with a wire brush,
Moreover, this scraped off oil can be splashed with high-pressure water. Therefore, the applied oil can be removed efficiently and labor can be saved.
