した絶縁導体7上に厚さ0.4mm以下の架橋ポリ
エチレンを被覆した低圧絶縁体層2を設けた絶縁
電線を用いたことを特徴とする極細レントゲンケ

硬化性樹脂8を塗布焼付した単線絶縁導体、該単
