えた電磁往復動式流体加減圧装置において、金属
製フロントシリンダに対して前記リヤシリンダを
樹脂成形体で形成し、当該樹脂成形体よりなるリ
ヤシリンダの内面に摺動用材料よりなるライナー
を配設したことを特徴とする電磁往復動式流体加
