いて、前記ウエストゲート弁を、当該ウエストゲ
ート弁によつて排気タービンへの通路を遮断でき
るように構成すると共に、このウエストゲート弁
に、制動時において排気タービンへの通路を全閉
にして排気バイパス通路を全開とするように作動
するための作動手段を設ける一方、前記排気バイ
パス通路に、制動時において閉じるようにした排
気ブレーキ弁を設けたことを特徴とする排気ター
