- レールに支持案内される移動体と、このレール
に沿つて形成した走行経路上を走行自在なバツテ
リ搭載の自走車と、これら移動体と自走車との間
に設けた係脱装置とを有し、前記移動体に被搬送
物支持装置を設け、前記レールならびに自走車走
行経路を囲むカバーを設けたことを特徴とする処
理部での搬送装置。
