とともに、蓋体７が、収納庫本体６の開口部１２
を閉蓋した状態から跳ね上げられて開口部１２を
開いた状態となるよう、第１の取付片１５を第２
の取付片１６に対して回動自在となし、かつ第１
の取付片１５あるいは第２の取付片１６に設けら
れた案内突部２６を他方の取付片に設けられた円
弧状をなす案内溝２７に案内せしめ、又少なくと
も一方の蓋体取付部においては、コイルバネ２０
を、それが常時引張り状態となるようその両端部
を第１の取付片１５の第１のバネ固定部２３及び
第２の取付片１６の第２のバネ固定部２５に夫々
固定して、蓋体７の開状態、閉状態が保持される
