- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 太陽電池および一次電池を備え、受光中は太陽
電池からの出力で駆動される太陽電池付機器にお
いて、 (a) 前記太陽電池はａ―Ｓｉの３段直列構造か
ら成る。 (b) 前記一次電池は、酸化銀電池又は、アルカ
リマンガンないしはマンガン電池から成る。 (c) 前記太陽電池と前記機器の駆動回路および
前記一次電池と前記機器の駆動回路との間に、そ
れぞれ逆流防止素子を直列に配した事を特徴とす
る太陽電池付機器の電源。
