Abstract

PURPOSE:To suppress the confined sound in the car compartment by elastically supporting a rotary driving body at three points by a stopper rubber at the lower edge and the right and left mount rubbers through a V-shaped supporting body, thus absorbing and lightening the vibration of the rotary driving body. CONSTITUTION:A rotary driving body 1 is supported elastically at three points by a stopper rubber 8 at the lower edge and the mounting rubbers 13 and 13 of the right and left mounts 10 and 10 through a V-shaped supporting body 3. Mass members 15 and 15a are installed onto a bracket 11 as the vibration medium, and the mount rubber 13 is made hard in the longitudinal direction and soft in the vertical and transverse directions. Therefore, the vibration of the rotary driving body 1 is absorbed and lightened by the stopper rubber 8 and the mount rubbers 13 and 13, and the resonance frequency of the bracket 11 is reduced, and the transmission of vibration is lightened. Further, the confined sound in the car compartment which is generated by the vibration can be reduced.

(Prior art) A rotary drive body such as an automobile engine or transmission is supported by the vehicle body via a support member, but the vibration of the rotary drive body and the natural vibration of the support member coincide, causing the support member to resonate. However, in addition to transmitting vibrations to the vehicle body, this vibration can also cause muffled noise in the vehicle interior, so an elastic body such as rubber is interposed between the support member and the vehicle body to absorb and alleviate the vibrations. Conventionally, a method has been used to suppress the transmission of vibrations to the vehicle body by attaching a mass member to the support member and changing the resonance frequency.

For example, in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 56-48027, an elastic material is interposed in a mount device supported by four members for rear mounts located below a transmission extension housing T-socket, and a mass member is attached to change the resonance point. A device is disclosed in which a device is provided in only one location.

However, the transmission extension housing vibrates in all directions, such as up and down, left and right, and front and back, and supporting it with only one mounting device does not provide sufficient vibration isolation against vibrations in all directions. There is a problem with not being able to get it.

(Objective of the Invention) This invention solves the above-mentioned problems, effectively absorbs and alleviates the vibrations of the rotary drive body, reduces the muffled noise inside the vehicle interior caused by the vibrations, and furthermore, it is possible to reduce the noise caused by the vibrations in the vehicle interior, and furthermore, it is possible to reduce the noise generated by the vibrations in the passenger compartment. An object of the present invention is to provide a rotary drive body mounting device for an automobile that prevents automatic shift from changing due to displacement of the rotary drive body of a motor vehicle.

(Structure of the Invention) In order to achieve the above object, the present invention fixes the rotary drive body to the support body in such a manner that the drive shaft of the rotary drive body is located approximately at the center of the upper part of the substantially V-shaped support body. On the other hand, the lower end of the support body is supported on the vehicle body via a stone,
A bracket having a substantially inverted U-shaped cross section is fixed to the outer surface of both V-shaped arms of the support body so that the side wall thereof is positioned in the front-rear direction of the vehicle body, and a mount rubber fixed to the inner surface of the bracket is used. At the same time, the bracket is attached to the vehicle body, and on the outer surface of the side wall located in the longitudinal direction of the bracket,
This rotary drive body mounting device for an automobile is provided with a mass member to prevent resonance between the rotary drive body and the natural frequency of the platen F.

With the above configuration, rotational drive is achieved by the buffering effect of the mount rubber on the outer surface of both arms of the V-shaped support body and the stopper 5 bar at the lower end, and the reduction of the resonance frequency by the mass member provided on the bracket. It is possible to effectively absorb and reduce body vibrations and prevent them from being transmitted to the vehicle body, thereby reducing muffled noise in the vehicle interior caused by vibrations.

In addition, the mount rubber that absorbs and stops vibrations from the rotating drive body is designed to receive compression in the direction of the drive shaft (front and back direction of the vehicle body) and shear in the direction perpendicular to the drive shaft (vertically, horizontally, etc.). Since compression in the longitudinal direction has a large and hard spring constant, the shift lever of the automatic transmission is moved by the movement of the transmission in the longitudinal direction in order to minimize displacement due to the inertia of the transmission during sudden braking. This solves the conventional problem of switching from the drive range to the neutral range, and since the spring constant is small and soft for vertical and horizontal shear,
It has a great effect of absorbing and mitigating vibrations, and the stopper rubber at the lower end of the support prevents excessively large movements, thereby regulating large displacements.

In addition, the mount rubber (to) acts in the shear direction with a small spring constant against vibrations in the direction perpendicular to the drive shaft (2), that is, in the vertical and horizontal directions, so it is flexible and absorbs and alleviates vibrations well. If the movement is excessively large, the four joining protrusions (c) and the seventh rung g3 of the stopper rubber (8) will be deformed, the gap wire will be shortened, and the inner surface of the cylindrical part (a) will be The stopper rubber (8) serves as a stopper in contact with the outer periphery and prevents excessive displacement of the extension housing (1).

On the other hand, the mount rubber (to) that stops vibrations in the longitudinal direction (direction parallel to the drive shaft (2)) is sandwiched between the side walls (11a) (1l b) of the bracket αυ and the lower metal fitting (2). Left and right as shown in Figure 8 (in the installed state, it is the front and back direction)
The mount rubber (to) is subjected to compression on one side and tension on the other, and this direction of compression is the direction of the mount rubber (to).
Since the spring constant of (to) is large, it is hard, and the movement of the bracket (b) is restricted and narrow, and therefore the movement of the extension housing (1) is small, which may cause the displacement of the automatic transmission during sudden braking as described above. By making the shift lever smaller, it is possible to prevent the shift lever from being displaced.

(Effects of the Invention) According to the rotary drive body mounting device for a motor vehicle according to the present invention described above, vibrations are reduced by lowering the resonance frequency of the support portion of the rotary drive body to create a deviation from the resonance frequency of the vehicle body. In addition to reducing the transmission, the mount rubber is hard in the front and back direction and flexible in the vertical and horizontal directions, so that movement due to vibration is slightly restricted in the front and back direction, and in the vertical and left and right directions, it increases the effect of absorbing and mitigating vibrations and prevents excessive vibration. The movement is regulated by another stopper rubber to prevent automatic shift malfunctions caused by excessive inertia during sudden braking, interference caused by excessive movement, and other harmful effects, thereby reducing vibration from the rotating drive body to the vehicle body. In addition to effectively reducing the transmission of noise, the gear noise of the transmission can be prevented from becoming worse due to vibration, and the muffled noise in the vehicle interior can be reduced.
