Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
〔産業上の利用分野〕
本発明はリウマチ、変形性膝関節等、あるいは事故災害
により高度に変形、破壊された膝関節を人工膝関節に置
換する際に、正確かつ適切な骨切りをするために用いる
人工膝関節置換術用器具に関するものである。

従来の人工膝関節置換術用器具では骨切りに際し、例え
ば第５図に示す様に大腿骨Ｆ、脛骨Ｔに別々の器具に＋
、Ｋｇをそれぞれ用いて病巣の部分を切離したり、ある
いは第６図に示す様に脛骨Ｔあるいは大腿骨Ｆ側だけを
先に器具に３．に、を用いて骨切りしておき、対向する
側はその骨切り位置を基準として、切除するようにした
器具が用いられていた。

ところが、従来の器具を使用していたのでは、病巣をす
べて切離できなかったり、あるいは健康な骨まで切離し
てしまっていた。又大腿骨、脛骨、別々の器具を使用す
る方式においては人工関節の厚みを考慮できないのでこ
れを置換した場合に、摺動部のすれ合いが強すぎたり弱
すぎたりするなどの大きな問題があった。

る方式においては人工関節の厚みを考慮できないのでこ
れを置換した場合に、摺動部のすれ合いが強すぎたり弱
すぎたりするなどの大きな問題があった。
上記問題点を解決すべく、従来の器具の一部に人工膝関
節コンポーネントの厚み（第４図中ｌで示す）を設定し
た骨切り用スリットを有し、かつそれが例に応じて位置
を可変できる機構を組み合わせたことを特徴とする。

人工膝関節の厚みを設定した骨切りスリットを有し、か
つ可動式であることにより、大腿骨、脛骨の症状のバラ
ンスを見ながら適切な位置でセットしポーンソーをスリ
ットに通して骨切りすると、適切かつ適量の骨切りを行
うことが可能である。

以下、図によって本発明実施例を説明する。
第１図、第２図はそれぞれ本発明に係る人工膝関節置換
術用器具１の前面及び後面の斜視図を示し、この器具１
は大腿骨Ｆと脛骨Ｔの関節間に差し込まれる板状部２を
有し、これは靭帯の緊張度を調節したり、アライメント
を補正するためにネジａ等の調節により上下に二分して
可動自在としである。この板状部２が第３図に示す様に
大腿骨Ｆと脛骨Ｔの関節間に差し込まれた時に骨の前を
移動可能な骨切りスリット３が板状部２につながる基材
４に取り付けられている。この取り付は方は部材５の様
なものを通してもよいし、基材４を利用して直接取り付
けたものであってもよい。この骨切りスリット３はネジ
等によって適切な位置に固定可能であり、又スリット３
の間隔は第４図に示したように人工膝関節コンポーネン
トＣにおける大腿骨側下端部Ａ及び脛骨側上端部Ｂをあ
わせた量の厚みｌにあわせてあり、コンポーネントＣの
サイズに合わせて１〜数ケ所設けられていてもよいし又
、スリットの間隔が可変式であってもよく、このスリッ
ト内にボーンソーＳを通すことによって骨切りを行う。
術用器具１の前面及び後面の斜視図を示し、この器具１
は大腿骨Ｆと脛骨Ｔの関節間に差し込まれる板状部２を
有し、これは靭帯の緊張度を調節したり、アライメント
を補正するためにネジａ等の調節により上下に二分して
可動自在としである。この板状部２が第３図に示す様に
大腿骨Ｆと脛骨Ｔの関節間に差し込まれた時に骨の前を
移動可能な骨切りスリット３が板状部２につながる基材

けたものであってもよい。この骨切りスリット３はネジ
等によって適切な位置に固定可能であり、又スリット３
の間隔は第４図に示したように人工膝関節コンポーネン
トＣにおける大腿骨側下端部Ａ及び脛骨側上端部Ｂをあ
わせた量の厚みｌにあわせてあり、コンポーネントＣの
サイズに合わせて１〜数ケ所設けられていてもよいし又
、スリットの間隔が可変式であってもよく、このスリッ
ト内にボーンソーＳを通すことによって骨切りを行う。
又、基材４にはアライメント調整のため、足首固定治具
６が付けられていることが望ましい。

このように人工膝関節コンポーネントの厚みを設定した
可動式スリットを設けることによって人工膝関節手術に
際し、個々の症例に応じて大腿骨と脛骨の骨切りバラン
スを考慮しながら適切な骨切り位置の設定並びに骨切り
が可能である。

叙上のように、人工膝関節のコンポーネントの厚みを設
定した骨切りスリットが可動式である機構を設けること
によって個々の症例に応じた骨切りが大腿骨と脛骨のバ
ランスを見ながら行うことが可能となり、正確かつ適切
な人工膝関節手術重を行え、関節面における摺動も良好
で違和感もないなど人類の福祉に貢献するところ大でる
。

によって個々の症例に応じた骨切りが大腿骨と脛骨のバ
ランスを見ながら行うことが可能となり、正確かつ適切
な人工膝関節手術重を行え、関節面における摺動も良好
で違和感もないなど人類の福祉に貢献するところ大でる
。

Claims (1)
- 人工膝関節置換手術に際し、症例にあわせた適切な骨切
り位置及び骨切り量を設定すべく、人工膝関節コンポー
ネントの厚み量を設定した骨切り用スリットをスライド
自在に具備したことを特徴とする人工膝関筋置換術用器
具。
