図である。 １…ホルダ、２…ドローバ挿入孔、３…ドロー
バ、６…突起、７…空気孔、１０…花弁状クラン
プ、１１…係止片、２０…カツテイングヘツド、
２２…凹所、２３…受け入れ溝、２５…孔。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ホルダと、その前面に沿わせる切刃を有し
    たカツテイングヘツドと、上記ホルダを長さ方向
    にスライド可能に貫通するドローバとを備え、先
    端をカツテイングヘツドに係止させた上記ドロー
    バを引込んでカツテイングヘツドをホルダ前面に
    圧接・固定するヘツド交換式切削工具において、
    上記ホルダの前面にドローバと同芯の突起を、一
    方上記カツテイングヘツドにはその突起が嵌合す
    る凹所をそれぞれ設け、また、上記ドローバの先
    端には、周方向に所定のピツチで係合片を突出さ
    せた花弁状クランプを、カツテイングヘツドの上
    記凹所の奥所には、花弁状クランプの先端を回転
    可能に受け入れる孔と、この受け入れ孔と凹所と
    の間に位置する正面視形状が花弁状クランプと相
    似形で内径が花弁状クランプの外径よりも僅かに
    大きな孔を各々形成し、さらにドローバの途中に
    はその引込み力を回転運動に変換して花弁状クラ
    ンプをほぼ半ピツチ分だけ回転させる回転機構を
    設けたことを特徴とするヘツド交換式切削工具。 (2) 上記突起の外周面を先細テーパ面としたこ
    とを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第(1)項
