In addition to shading, the chalk powder does not fall smoothly, so in the present invention, hard slate is crushed and mixed into the pigment paint to increase its hardness.

る。 The present invention replaces the extender pigment used in the conventional blackboard paint manufacturing method with a highly hardened extender pigment that is corrosion resistant. It is a super hard (a type of aqueous rock) slate, and its chemical composition is silicic anhydride (SiO 2 ) 53.54%, alumina oxide (Al 2 O 3 ) 16.79%, iron oxide (Fe 2 O 3 ) 7.23% Calcium oxide (CaO) 8.63% Magnesium oxide (MgO) 3.12% Sodium oxide (Na 2 O) 6.92% Potassium oxide (K 2 O) 1.84% Loss on ignition (H 2 O) 7.65% Sulfur (S) 0.15% Total 99.96 % or more is crushed and crushed into a fine powder of 250 mesh or more (hereinafter referred to as Spuda Black Hardstone). This is adopted as an extender pigment by applying it to a manufacturing method of a certain high-hardness blackboard paint, and although this kind of manufacturing process is the same as the known blackboard paint manufacturing process, the nature of the present invention is The outline of its purpose is as follows.

塗料の製造方法にかかわる。 The extender pigment uses powdered black hardstone, and the coloring pigment is an appropriate combination of iron oxide yellow and phthalocyanine blue, and then the presence of a mineral turpentine solvent.
The present invention relates to a method for producing a highly hard blackboard paint with corrosion resistance, in which a phthalic acid-based synthetic resin paint is polymerized and mixed, and a stirring process is performed.

ためつぎに述べる利点を発揮し得る。 The quality and performance of this blackboard surface lies in the toughness and hardness of the surface coating film, which is the object of the present invention. For this reason, powdered black hardstone was newly used as an extender pigment. The raw stone of this extender pigment is slate, which belongs to a highly consolidated aqueous rock, and is extremely dense with almost no water absorption and high hardness. This fine powder has good miscibility with the vehicle and has elasticity. The coating surface formed from a color vehicle and a corrosion-resistant color pigment is hard and tough, has no moisture absorption, and has excellent corrosion resistance. Because it has these characteristics, it can exhibit the following advantages.

When a drip test was conducted using an aqueous solution, no abnormalities were observed on the coating surface, and no discoloration or fading occurred.

When observing the application and wiping-off condition of the yoke from a distance of m, it was found that the writing was clear regardless of whether it was chalk or colored yoke, the yoke touch was comfortable, and not only did the powder slide down smoothly, but it was also easy to wipe it off. It is very easy to do, and there are no traces of chalk or even erased areas, and the blackboard surface always remains clear.
