記巻胴の外周面および前記鍔板の内側面にはスパ
ツター法による酸化物、炭化物または窒化物の絶
縁皮膜が形成されていることを特徴とする超電導
マグネツト。 (2) 超電導コイルは、ワインド・アンド・リア
クト法により形成されてなる実用新案登録請求の
