もに両室を電磁弁を内設する連通パイプにて連通
するものにおいて、前記連通パイプの滅菌室への
連結開口部にこの滅菌室内から着脱できる主フイ
ルターを設け、且つ前記主フイルターと電磁弁と
の間の連通パイプに前記本体外から着脱でき前記
主フイルターよりも目の細い補助フイルターを設
