カツターにおいて、上記排藁カツターを機体の側
方に向つて回動可能に構成すると共に、上記排藁
カツターを機体後部に固定する固定機構と、切替
板の上下動機構とを連動連結し、固定機構の解除
操作に連動して切替板が下動すべく構成したこと
