従つて振分け取り廻しするワイヤーハーネスの組

面倒で長時間を要するばかりでなく、作業中に束
ねられた電線のテープ巻きしてない箇所にたるみ
ができるなどの欠陥があつた。又テープ巻き部分
が固くなり、車への組付け作業が困難となる欠点

に振分け取り廻しするワイヤーハーネスの組立て
において、所定位置に孔を穿設し且つ表面に接着
剤を塗布した発泡ウレタン等の柔軟性シート状物
を予め該孔を以つて上記案内釘の少なくとも2本
に案内釘の先端がシート状物の表面上に突出した
状態で差し入れして係止せしめておき、所要数の
電線を取り廻しした後、上記シート状物で電線束
の所定位置を集束せしめる様にしたことを特徴と
するワイヤーハーネス組立て時における電線の収
束方法。1.
