Conventionally, when assembling a wire harness for an automobile, as shown in FIG.
was installed, and using guide nails b as guides, the required number of electric wires c was distributed and wrapped in tape to the left and right according to the specifications. The bundle of wires must be lifted from the board a and the tape roll placed under it, which not only makes the tape winding work very troublesome and takes a long time, but also makes it difficult to wrap the bundled wires with tape during the work. There were defects such as sagging in areas that were not covered. Another drawback was that the tape-wrapped part became hard, making it difficult to assemble it into a car.

本発明は上述の欠点を解消した電線の収束方法
を提供するものである。
The present invention provides a method for converging electric wires that eliminates the above-mentioned drawbacks.

以下本発明の実施例を図面と共に説明する。 Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

The guide nails 1, 1' having such a configuration use their arms 2, 2' to sort the electric wires 3 according to the specifications, but in the present invention, the electric wires 3 are converged in advance. At least two of the above-mentioned guide nails are used to attach a flexible sheet-like material 4 made of foamed urethane or the like with adhesive applied to the surface.
are fixed with the tips of the guide nails 1, 1', etc. protruding from the surface of the sheet-like material 4. Then, the required number of electric wires 3 are distributed according to the specifications, and after the distribution is completed, the above-mentioned sheet-like material The object 4 covers the electric wire 3 and converges it.

Therefore, in order to wrap the electric wire 3 with the sheet-like material 4, first, a piece of the sheet-like material 4, for example 4a
The holes 5a, 5a'...... are inserted into the arm portions 2, 2'... of at least two predetermined guide nails 1, 1'....... At this time, the sheet-like material 4

After assembling the wire harness by converging all the predetermined convergence points using the method described above, guide nails 1,
A desired wire harness can be obtained by pulling out the wire harness and the sheet-like material 4 integrated therewith from 1'.

As described above, the convergence method of the present invention eliminates the need to lift each bundle of wires from the board and condense them, compared to conventional tape wrapping, which not only improves work efficiency but also prevents looseness in the bundle of wires. This also eliminates accidents such as injuries to workers' hands caused by guide nails.

Furthermore, since a flexible sheet-like material is used as the concentrator, the collision between the wire harness and the wall of the actual vehicle is buffered by the flexible sheet-like material, and the protection of the wire harness becomes even more reliable.
