3が治具本体1に止着されて成る黒鉛製治具。 (2) 前記治具本体1の裏面の貫通孔2の端部周
辺部には、位置決め用金属ピン3の直径より大き
い切欠穴6が設けられていることを特徴とする実
用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の黒鉛製治具。 (3) 前記治具本体1の裏面の貫通孔2の端部周
辺部には、位置決め用金属ピン3の直径より大き
い切欠穴6が設けられており、かつ前記位置決め
用金属ピン3の端部が当該切欠穴6内に露出して
いることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第
1項または第2項に記載の黒鉛製治具。 (4) 前記貫通孔2は、所定位置に設けられてお
り、1つの電子部品の位置決めをするために少な
くとも3つの貫通孔2が三角形の頂点に相当する
