２個の外部接続端子と、この接続端子のうち２個
の端子の夫々のケース内部分に固着され、該ケー
ス内で互いに相対向するよう配設されたバネ端子
と、この両バネ端子によつて弾性的に挾持された
正特性サーミスタ素子とからなるものにおいて、
前記バネ端子は、接続端子側の根本部からサーミ
スタ素子側の先端部に向つてしだいに巾狭となる
板材で形成されていることを特徴とする正特性サ
