Not only does it generate combustion gas that is toxic to the human body or has a bad odor, causing danger and environmental deterioration, but the combustion materials are expensive and cannot be disposed of, and there are disadvantages such as poor thermal efficiency due to air circulation holes. .

熱保温弁当箱を提供することを目的とする。 The present invention was developed to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks, and by oxidizing iron powder to generate heat instead of combustion, it can heat and retain heat without emitting gases that are toxic to the human body or emit foul-smelling gases. In addition, it is extremely easy to start, interrupt, and restart the heat generation, and it is disposable by using an inexpensive heat generating material and an inexpensive box. This heated and heat-retaining lunch box can adjust the air flow rate by providing heat-insulating body parts, and can improve thermal efficiency by directly heating the food inside the insulating body body by using a board with good heat conduction on the bottom plate of the insulating body body. The purpose is to provide a box.

The main body is made of a heat insulating material and the bottom plate 6 is made of a plate with good thermal conductivity such as aluminum. Reference numeral 2 denotes a heat generating chamber made of a heat insulating material provided at the lower part of the bottom plate of the main body 1 made of a heat insulating material, which houses a heat generating material made of iron powder and a material for oxidizing the iron powder, such as water. As is well known, the main reaction that oxidizes iron powder is expressed as Fe+1/2O 2 +H 2 O=Fe(OH) 2 , and the calorific value when using 56g of iron powder is
It is 135Kcal. To control the progress of this reaction, chlorides (NaCl, CaCl 2 , FeCl 3 ,
(e.g., AlCl 3 ), sulfates (e.g., Na 2 SO 4 , Fe 2 (SO 4 ) 3 ), and aluminum powder. The selection is made depending on the duration of time, etc. Reference numeral 5 denotes a heating material inlet/outlet, which is closed after the heating material is accommodated. Reference numeral 3 denotes an air circulation opening, and a synthetic fiber-based nonwoven fabric 4 is pasted on the inner end surface in order to adjust the air circulation rate and prevent moisture evaporation. Naturally, the openings of the nonwoven fabric 4 are large enough to prevent heat-generating substances from coming out. Reference numeral 7 denotes an airtight adhesive tape attached to the outer end surface of the air flow opening 3, which is peeled off during heating and keeping warm.

If the adhesive tape 7 of the air flow opening 3 is peeled off when heating and keeping the iron powder on, air will flow through the openings of the nonwoven fabric 4 and the iron powder will oxidize and start generating heat, allowing heating and keeping it warm for several hours. It is. For example, in the case of a bento box that uses foamed plastic as an insulator, the freshly made 80℃
(temperature when freshly cooked is 60-85℃)
), cover the lid 8, peel off the adhesive tape 7 to generate heat, and leave the bento box outdoors at 10°C.
When the lid 8 was opened 3 hours later, it was still sufficiently warm.

It is easy to heat, and if you want to interrupt the heating midway through, just stick the adhesive tape 7 on the peeled part.

物出入口5を開放するだけで容易にできる。 As is clear from the above, according to the present invention, heating can be started, interrupted, and restarted simply by peeling off and pasting the airtight adhesive tape 7 pasted on the outside of the air circulation opening 3 of the heat generating chamber 2. , it is extremely easy to heat and keep warm. Since it does not involve burning combustible materials, it does not generate gases that are toxic to the human body or emit foul-smelling gases, and there is no risk of danger or environmental deterioration.
Since the exothermic material is inexpensive, the bento box can be disposable by using an inexpensive foamed material and by not producing toxic products during or after heating. The heat generating chamber 2 has an air circulation opening 3, but since a nonwoven fabric 4 is attached to this, the amount of air circulation is limited to a small amount, and a plate with good heat conduction is used for the bottom plate 6 of the main body 1 made of heat insulating material. Since the food inside the main body 1 made of heat insulating material is directly heated, effects such as extremely high thermal efficiency can be achieved. In addition, the main body 1 made of a heat insulating material is composed of a side wall made of a heat insulating material, a lid 8 made of a heat insulating material, and a bottom plate 6 with good heat conduction, and is sealed, so that contaminants and dust do not enter the inside. Food can be kept clean without any hygienic problems, and there is no risk of food residue leaking outside or getting into heat-generating materials and damaging the heat-generating function. Needless to say, since the bottom plate 6 constituting the heat generating chamber 2 is not provided with an air flow port, no heat generation material will enter the main body 1. Therefore, there is no fear that heat generating substances will escape from the air circulation opening 3. The emitting material can be easily entered and exited by simply opening the emitting material inlet/outlet 5.
